TOURS:

Hilltown Sleddogs requires non-refundable payment on all mushing adventures.

​

Hilltown Sleddogs reserves the right to change scheduling at the last minute due to weather &/or safety of the dogs & humans.

​

Hilltown Sleddogs will make every effort  to reschedule accordingly. If we cannot reschedule you due to our canceling a date,  we will give you credit towards a future mushing adventure.

​

If client cancels a previously scheduled mushing date within less than 48 hours, client forfeits adventure, unless we are willing to try & accommodate the client with a future date. This is subject to availability & cause determined by Hilltown Sleddogs.

​

Mushing is a physical endeavor for both dogs & humans & takes much year round care & conditioning. We have a small window of time to do what we love to do the most! We cannot afford last minute cancellations, we do our best to mush in any weather.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

50% Refund & 50% Credit through March 31st

100% Credit through May 31st.. 

50% Credit through June 30th.

July 1st on no credit (unless agreed upon with Hilltown Sleddogs).

Credit expires end of Summer 2024.
